Российская космическая компания Sitronics Space (входит в Sitronics Group) совместно с компанией «Домпрайс» разрабатывает проект по автоматизированной оценке стоимости недвижимости с помощью данных дистанционного зондирования Земли (ДЗЗ), собираемых в том числе дронами, сообщает ТАСС.
«В рамках заключённого соглашения стороны планируют использовать данные ДЗЗ с беспилотных летательных и космических аппаратов для автоматизированной оценки недвижимости», — рассказали в компании.
В настоящее время в процессе подготовки находится пилотный проект, который затронет три субъекта РФ общей площадью 207 тысяч км², в дальнейшем его можно будет масштабировать на другие регионы.
В Sitronics Space подчеркнули, что анализ данных ДЗЗ поможет отследить стадии строительства объекта. «Это позволит получать объективную оценку жилой недвижимости, а также минимизировать риски на стадии покупки жилья», — добавили там.
