В Хабаровском крае грузовой поезд столкнулся с путевой машиной.

Инцидент произошел утром 21 ноября в Ванинском районе Хабаровского края. На 227 км второго пикета железнодорожной станции Дакка грузовой поезд врезался в ремонтную машину Впо-295, стоявшую на зарядке.

В итоге она полностью разбита, локомотив тоже пострадал. Из людей никто не пострадал. Размер ущерба и обстоятельства происшествия устанавливаются.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks.
