Водночас, за даними Мін’юсту, у другому півріччі 2025 року динаміка показників стала трохи кращою: число зареєстрованих народжень порівняно із першим півріччям збільшилося на 1,6% – до 89,02 тис., тоді як число смертей скоротилося на 2,7% – до 244,12 тис.
Найгірший показник відношення кількості зареєстрованих померлих до кількості народжених у Херсонській та Донецькій областях – відповідно 11 разів та 8,5 раза.
