الوجه الثالث: (وليَضرِبْنَ بخُمرِهنَّ على جيوبهن): لما أوجب الله على نساء المؤمنین الحجاب للبدن والزينة في الموضعين السابقين، وأن لا تتعمد المرأة إبداء شيء من زينتها، وأن ما يظهر منها من غير قصد معفو عنه، ذکر سبحانه لكمال الاستتار، مبيّنًا أن الزينة التي يحرم إبداؤها، يدخل فيها جميع البدن، وبما أن القميص يكون مشقوق الجيب عادة بحيث يبدو شيء من العنق والنحر والصدر، بيَّن سبحانه وجوب ستره وتغطيته، وكيفية ضرب المرأة للحجاب على ما لا يستره القميص، فقال عز شأنه: (وليضربن بخمرهن على جيوبهن)، والضرب: إيقاع شيء علىٰ شيء، ومنه: (ضُرِبت عليهم الذِّلَّةُ)، أي: التحفتهم الذلة التحاف الخيمة بمن ضُربت عليه.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
