Им стала Анастасия Говорова из команды нынешнего и.о. главы города Ивана Носкова.

Ранее она занимала аналогичную должность в администрации Дзержинска Нижегородской области, а до этого работала в пресс-службе мэрии Иркутска. Сам Носков был вице-мэром Иркутска, а затем мэром Дзержинска.

Бывшая глава пресс-службы самарской администрации Елена Рыжкова назначена на должность советника главы города.
