По подтверждению правозащитников, один человек из задержанных за последние несколько лет многократно пересекал границу и ни разу не подвергался дополнительным проверкам или задержаниям. Однако при очередной попытке въезда в Беларусь он был задержан сразу после прохождения паспортного контроля.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
