На официальном сайте компании было размещено довольно объёмное сообщение по данному вопросу, в котором именно Самотлор был приведён в качестве примера бюджетной эффективности.
Сложно сказать, повторится ли подобная история и в этот раз. Пока всё покрыто тайной, а полагаться на депутатов в этом вопросе особо не приходится - у них интересоваться расчётами не принято.
