Указ об отставке Гуровича с поста замглавы МЧС был подписан 25 мая. По информации некоторых СМИ, перед этим силовики провели проверку в управляемом им блоке ведомства.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
