Россия принимает меры для сохранения стабильности в ракетно-ядерной сфере, в том числе придерживается центральных количественных ограничений, которые предусмотрены ДСНВ, а также продолжает уведомлять США о пусках межконтинентальных баллистических ракет и баллистических ракет подводных лодок.
С таким заявлением выступил заместитель директора департамента по вопросам нераспространения и контроля над вооружениями МИД РФ Константин Воронцов.
