Бывшего замглавы минстроя Челябинской области Ивана Белавкина приговорили к 13 годам колонии.
Его признали виновным в получении взяток от представителя коммерческой компании в период с декабря 2020 по март 2021 года. Белавкина задержали летом 2021 года. Свою вину он не признал, а государственное обвинение просило назначить ему 14,5 года лишения свободы.
В результате суд ограничился 13 годами тюрьмы и штрафом в размере 47 млн рублей.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
