Владивостокская прокуратура отреагировала на информацию о гибели рыбы

Владивостокской межрайонной природоохранной прокуратурой организована проверка по информации о гибели рыбы в Находке в озере Соленом и реке Каменке, сообщает ТГ-канал РЫБФРОНТ со ссылкой на пресс-службу надзороного ведомства.

«Природоохранный прокурор даст оценку действиям и решениям органов государственного контроля (надзора). При наличии оснований будет принят комплекс мер прокурорского реагирования», – отметили в ведомстве.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
