На двойную порцию понадобится: 🟢200 гр спагетти/тальятелле 🟢полкачана брокколи 🟢250 гр красной рыбы (лосось/кижуч/форель) 🟢400 мл сливок 🟢2 зубчика чеснока 🟢соль/перец/оливковое масло/розмарин по вкусу
1⃣Брокколи отварите. Разделите на соцветия.
2⃣Поставьте на огонь воду для пасты. Для экономии времени лучше ее готовить параллельно с соусом.
3⃣Нагрейте сковороду. Добавьте масло, слегка обжарьте мелко порубленный чеснок.
4⃣Красную рыбу порубите небольшими кусочками, обжарьте с каждой стороны.
