Мне кажется это просто подтереться всем ФЗ о Защите Персоданных, который про всякие согласия обязательные, соответствие заявленным целям обработки и прочая и прочая и помочиться на крыльце РКН, который за его соблюдением типа блюдет. А тут просто: да они ж на улице валятся, а я подбираю и наживаюсь ничего не нарушая
