Причину компания обозначила как «финансовые трудности». Обязательство планируется исполнить до 24 декабря.
💰Техдефолты у компании (рейтинг — CCC(RU) от АКРА) ранее уже фиксировались, но за отведенное время средства выплачивались. Предыдущий техдефолт был зафиксирован по 19-му купону этого же выпуска месяц назад.
Это не первый выпуск облигаций эмитента, но единственный в обращении на данный момент. Предыдущий, серии БО-П01 на 55 млн рублей, был погашен в августе 2023 года

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
