قطب علمی بازآفرینی و بهسازی شهری با هدف گسترش زمینه های علمی و رویکردی فراگیر و کارآمد در بازآفرینی و بهسازی بافت¬های شهری کشور با تاکید بر کاهش فقر و توانمندسازی سکونتگاه‌های تهیدستان شهری برپا شده است.این قطب در اسفند ماه 1397 با سه هدف کلان زیر شکل گرفت و شروع به کار نموده است: 1) نظریه‌پردازی در راستای سیاست‌گذاری و تعیین رویکرد رسمی دولت در ارتباط با بازآفرینی و بهسازی 2) تدوین شیوه‌های اجرایی کردن اهداف کلان کشور در ارتباط با کاهش فقر و بهسازی و بازآفرینی بافتهای ناکارآمد شهری 3) ظرفیت‌سازی در حوزه مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی شهری در راه بهبود محیط شهری و بهسازی سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی و بافت ناکارآمد مرکز شهر

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting.
