🔵Металлургический районный суд г. Челябинска вынес приговор по уголовному делу в отношении местного жителя. Он признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст. 264.1 УК РФ (управление механическим транспортным средством лицом, находящимся в состоянии опьянения, подвергнутым административному наказанию за невыполнение законного требования уполномоченного должностного лица о прохождении медицинского освидетельствования на состояние опьянения).
🔵В суде установлено, что в августе 2024 года подсудимый, не имея права управления транспортными средствами, находясь в состоянии опьянения, управлял электровелосипедом, передвигаясь по улицам Металлургического района г.Челябинска до задержания сотрудниками Госавтоинспекции.
⚖️С учетом позиции государственного обвинителя суд назначил мужчине наказание виде 160 часов обязательных работ с лишением права управления транспортными средствами на срок 2 года. Электровелосипед «Minako» конфискован в собственность государства.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
