В «Т Плюс» конкретизировали, что всего похолодает в 690 домах. Часть домов получит теплоноситель по обратному прохождению, в другой сливать воду из труб не будут. Коммунальщики надеются, что успеют завершить работы до того, как батареи окончательно остынут.
