Когда строили 55-й дом, на месте его строительства был РОДНИК, и инженеры сделали очень грамотный ход. Они на месте родника, под домом, поставили бетонные кольца и вывели в реку Б.Зеленчук. Очень умно! НО!! Когда происходит утечка канализации в подвале дома все сточные воды попадают в этот родник и соответственно в реку!
