Взрыв 23 февраля в подъезде пятиэтажки в Балаково устроил мужчина, который из-за ревности хотел отомстить бывшей жене. Мужчина также заложил взрывчатку в другой дом, чтобы таким образом запутать следователей.

Заведены дела о покушении на убийство общеопасным способом и незаконном хранении взрывного устройства. Пострадавшая получила серьезные осколочные ранения и была госпитализирована.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
