В физкультурно-спортивном комплексе «Волга» состоялся первый фестиваль ГТО среди республиканских средств массовой информации. Более 100 сотрудников СМИ почувствовали себя настоящими спортсменами. Они выполняли подтягивания, отжимания, прыжки с места, а также другие интересные упражнения, включенные в перечень комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне».

По итогам состязаний в командном зачете первое место заняла команда новочебоксарской газеты «Грани», вторым финишировал коллектив «Советской Чувашии», а замкнула пьедестал почёта «ГТРК Чувашия».
