112 наблюдателей не пустили на участки в Красносельском районе Петербурга. На УИКах людям отказывают на основании того, что их нет в списках поданных из ТИКов. В свою очередь в списках территориальных комиссий наблюдателей нет потому что, в дни подачи документов помещения комиссий были закрыты, а не телефонные звонки не отвечали. Массовые отказы фиксируют на территориях ТИК № 46 и 47.

По сообщениям кандидатов в МО Южно-Приморский (ТИК № 47) Дмитрия Гагарина, Павла Любимова и Ольги Новицкой у них не допустили 50 наблюдателей. В МО Сосновая Поляна (ТИК № 46) у кандидатов Сергея Андросюка, Николая Былинина, Андрея Балацкого, Натальи Лисянской, Константина Нестерова, Натальи Горской не допустили 62 наблюдателя.
