В Москве открылся 34-й (внеочередной) съезд РОСПРОФЖЕЛ👇

✅Сегодня, 23 января 2025 года в Москве открылся 34-й (внеочередной) съезд Российского профессионального союза железнодорожников и транспортных строителей. В числе присутствующих 228 делегатов, среди которых – председатель Дорпрофжел на Крымской железной дороге Василий Полищук.

🗣В рамках работы Съезда лидер РОСПРОФЖЕЛ Сергей Черногаев досрочно сложил с себя полномочия председателя организации.

❗️Напомним, что 29 октября 2024 года он избран председателем Федерации независимых профсоюзов России. В своем выступлении он поблагодарил работодателей всех компаний, являющихся надежными социальными партнерами РОСПРОФЖЕЛ.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
