С 3 февраля 2025 года вступил в силу Федеральный закон № 6-ФЗ, который повышает минимальный порог собираемости взносов на капитальный ремонт на спецсчете с 50% до 60%.
Что это значит? Если собираемость взносов окажется ниже 60%, орган жилищного надзора уведомит владельца спецсчета. После этого собственники должны будут либо погасить задолженность, либо перейти на другой способ управления средствами капремонта.

Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
