Также более половины работодателей готовят подарки для своих сотрудников к этим праздникам, свидетельствуют результаты исследования сервиса по поиску работы SuperJob (есть в распоряжении ТАСС).
Так, к восьмому марта подарки готовят 59% работодателей. А корпоративные мероприятия в честь этого праздника организуют 43% компаний.
При этом аналитики уточнили, что по сравнению с 2024 годом премий и праздничных мероприятий будет меньше, но подарков — чуть больше.
В опросе приняли участие представители одной тысячи предприятий и организаций из всех округов страны.
