Владимир Путин подписал Федеральный закон «О внесении изменений в статью 284 части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации и статью 4 Федерального закона «О внесении изменений в часть вторую Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации».
Федеральным законом для российских организаций, включённых в реестр организаций, осуществляющих деятельность в сфере радиоэлектронной промышленности, начиная с налогового периода включения в указанный реестр в 2025–2027 годах налоговая ставка по налогу на прибыль организаций, подлежащему зачислению в федеральный бюджет, устанавливается в размере 8%.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
