Также шиитская группировка опубликовала кадры с тактико-техническими характеристиками и боевым применением новой баллистической ракеты Nasr-2. Она имеет боевую часть массой 140 кг и дальность полета до 150 км. Как и предыдущая версия, Nasr-2 представляет собой модифицированный снаряд от 302-мм РСЗО Fadi-2. Увеличения дальности и массы боевой части удалось добиться за счет большей длины ракеты.
