Ни у кого не было сомнений в том, что на этот высокий пост будет выдвинут Рустам Минниханов, чей вклад в развитие региона невозможно переоценить, а роль, которую он сыграл в международной повестке, ставит его в один ряд с крупнейшими федеральными политиками страны.

Татарстан безусловно один из лучших регионов России — недаром президент РФ Владимир Путин назвал Казань одним из лучших городов Европы.
