Список банков, в которых можно открывать спецсчет для капремонта МКД, пополнился ещё одним «крупняком»
❗️Напомню: спецсчет можно открыть только в банках, надежность которых соответствует требованиям, устанавливаемым Правительством РФ (ч.2 ст.176 ЖК РФ).
К общему перечню добавился АО «Тинькофф Банк», и теперь на 1 апреля 2024 года таких банков 13, и отдельно 4 – в Крыму и Севастополе⤵️

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
