Два крупных девелопера застроят 54 га рядом с Варникенским лесом в поселке Отрадном Светлогорского городского округа. Проекты:

• "Кортрос" через компанию "СЗ Берег Девелопмент" возведет многофункциональный санаторно-гостиничный и жилой комплекс с детсадом на 30,6 га (первый скрин).

• Компания "СЗ Эталон Калининград Отрадное" (входит в "Эталон") построит пансионат, гостиничный и жилой комплексы, начальную школу и детсад на 23,3 га (второй скрин).

Этой весной девелоперы должны разработать и представить в региональное правительство проекты планировки территории, пишет РБК. Власти готовы отдать участки в долгосрочную аренду без торгов.
