Госдума приняла в первом чтении законопроект, который предусматривает выплату двух пенсий ополченцам ДНР и ЛНР, получившим ранения в ходе боевых действий: одну – по старости или выслуге лет, другую – по инвалидности.
◾️Ко второму чтению правительство подготовило поправки, согласно которым участникам добровольческих формирований, пострадавшим на поле боя, пенсия по инвалидности будет назначаться в беззаявительном порядке.

In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
