ГК "Бамтоннельстрой-Мост" (БТС-Мост) приобрела контрольный пакет акций АО "Метрогипротранс" (МГТ), сообщил соучредитель "Метрогипротранса" Валерий Абрамсон.
Сделка была закрыта на минувшей неделе, подтвердил изданию "Фонтанка" Абрамсон, который остался управляющим партнёром МГТ. По его словам, появление в собственниках "БТС-Мост" позволит и компании "расширить спектр применения своих компетенций".
