И Россия должна этот факт учитывать, выстраивая с этими странами отношения. Но не учитывает. Почему? Потому, что в верха до сих пор идёт информация про "мир, дружба, жевачка". Ровно так же, как это раньше докладывали про Украину. Чем обернулось - сами знаете. Вопрос: это непрофессионализм или откровенное вредительство со стороны тех, кто докладывает?
