И все бы хорошо, но... Как справедливо заметили представители охотников, в лесах зверь Интернет не водится, а потому предъявить смартфон можно, но вот доступа к Госуслугам и документам в них не будет🤦🏻♂️ Так что распечатанную версию все равно придется носить с собой.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
