Председатель ЦБ Эльвира Набиуллина назвала ипотеку, по которой ЦБ сделал банкам поблажки, «среднерискованой». Регулятор объясняет свое решение тем, что добился снижения рисков. В IV квартале на кредиты заемщикам с ПДН более 80% пришлось всего 13% выдач, а во второй половине 2023 г. таких была почти половина (45%).
