Михаил Мишустин подписал постановление о создании нового оператора СРП-проекта "Сахалин-1" - ООО "Сахалин-1" с регистрацией в Южно-Сахалинске.
Управляющей компанией нового оператора назначена дочерняя структура "Роснефти" - "Сахалинморнефтегаз-Шельф", которая будет управлять проектом в рамках соглашения о разделе продукции.
Дочерние структуры "Роснефти", являющейся участником проекта, получат в новом операторе суммарно 20%, а 80% акций ООО "Сахалин-1" пока останутся в компании, до тех пор, пока они не будут переданы иностранным участникам. До момента передачи им долей управление ими осуществляется правительством РФ.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
