Clashes in Syria’s Coastal Cities:
Miqdad Fatiha, a figure within the Assad regime and commander of "Diraa al-Sahil" ("Protectors of the Coast"), has announced a "decision" to liberate the coastal cities from the rule of Abu Mohammad al-Julani (the new Syrian President, Ahmed al-Sharaa).
