ГК «Сафмар» на прошлой неделе закрыл сделку по продаже устаревшего ТЦ Зодиак. Это третий торговый центр такого формата, который Сафмар продал за последний месяц.
На этот раз покупателем стал производитель пластмассовых изделий АО «Диапазон».
