Джанбазов умышленно, по предварительному сговору с группой лиц – чиновниками-землеустроителями, путем обмана приобретал и оформлял права на чужое имущество в особо крупном размере, а также выделял приморские участки аффилированным лицам.
Джанбазов – клиентела депутата Госдумы Бальбека, и был трудоустроен в госкомнац по его протекции. До работы в бахчисарайском госкомрегистре Джанбазов служил в крымской прокуратуре - начальником отдела по надзору за исполнением федерального законодательства.
