⚡️ Сегодня в Стругах Красных прошло Открытое первенство Печорского муниципального округа (в зачет II этапа Кубка Псковской области по лыжным гонкам).

На старт вышли 155 спортсменов самого разного возраста из Печор, Пскова, Великих Лук, Острова, Дедович, Невеля, Себежа, Струг Красных, Санкт-Петербурга и Луги. Все они преодолевали дистанции: 1, 3, 5 и 10 км в зависимости от возрастной категории.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
