АО «Океанрыбфлот» вынесено предупреждение за нарушение при перевозке продукции, сообщили в Приморском межрегиональном управлении Россельхознадзора.
Компания отправила партию мороженого командорского кальмара весом 80,9 тонны. При досмотре продукции во Владивостокском морском рыбном порту выяснилось, что на 14,5 тонны продукции отсутствуют необходимые ветеринарные документы.
В отношении акционерного общества возбудили дело по ч. 2 ст. 10.8 КоАП РФ. Поскольку правонарушение было совершено впервые, «Океанрыбфлоту» назначили административное наказание в виде предупреждения.
