Со своей стороны замечу, что ИИ учили на мишленовских рецептах, поэтому на выходе в качестве десерта на тему морковного пирога получили, извините, "морковь в текстурах". С другой стороны большая часть того, что современные повара "изобретают", представляет собой такой же технико-продуктовый пасьянс из модных приемов и вкусов. Так что ИИ надо учить не творить, это и люди редко умеют, а лучше фильтровать информационный и рецептурный поток, чтобы результат не выглядел настолько старомодным. #gastronomika2024
