— Это зависит от того, ставит ли само искусство себе такую цель. Мои работы по большей части задуманы как своеобразные энергетические сгустки, которые могут передать зрителю мысль о том, что репрессии — это плохо, что судебной системе следует стать более гуманной, что люди в тюрьмах не должны подвергаться пыткам. Кроме того, искусство может делиться с нами знанием о силе человеческого духа, который в самой гнетущей обстановке способен радоваться, стойко переносить выпавшие страдания и сохранять в себе человеческое.
