Минфин оценил рост нефтегазовых и ненефтегазовых доходов бюджета России
Нефтегазовые доходы федерального бюджета РФ по итогам января-ноября выросли на 25,7% — до 10,341 триллиона рублей, ненефтегазовые — на 25,8%, до 22,309 триллиона рублей, сообщает Минфин.
«Нефтегазовые доходы составили 10 341 млрд рублей, превысив показатели аналогичного периода предыдущего года (+25,7% г/г) преимущественно вследствие роста цен на российскую нефть. Поступление нефтегазовых доходов при этом сложилось на уровне, превышающем их базовый размер, и в соответствии с параметрами прогноза социально-экономического развития до конца года также ожидается устойчивое превышение поступлений нефтегазовых доходов над их базовым уровнем», — отмечается в материалах по итогам исполнения федерального бюджета за январь-ноябрь 2024 года.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
