К ответам по пересылке из ДЖКХиБ добавился ответ из ДПиООС на акт общественной инспекции парка.

Нарушения ухода и содержания — признаны.

Но, в связи с действием 336-ПП, в мерах административного воздействия отказано.
Зато, на этот раз, балансодержателю - ГБУ "Жилищник района Преображенское", объявлено предостережение о недопустимости нарушения природоохранного законодательства на территории ПК.

Что касается создания дирекции на базе Мосприроды — в 2023 году она не планирует (о чем нас информировали в прошлом году) обследование на предмет утверждения наших планируемых к созданию ООПТ.

❗️Поэтому большая просьба ко всем неравнодушным:
Обратиться в ДПиООС с просьбой о включении парка в планы на следующий год. Подробные формулировки ЗДЕСЬ.

Только массовое обращение способно изменить ситуацию в нашу пользу❗️
