Армянский мститель и национальный деятель Аршавир Ширакян (1900-1973) стоит вторым в почетном ряду участников операции возмездия «Немезис» — после Согомона Тейлеряна, в 1921 году застрелившего министра внутренних дел правительства младотурок и главного организатора Геноцида армян Талаата пашу.
В том же 1921 году Аршавир Ширакян убил другого палача армян, премьера младотурецкого правительства Саида Халима. 17 апреля 1922 года вместе с Арамом Ерканяном он уничтожил Бехаэддина Шакира и Джемаля Азми в Берлине. В 1923 году поселился в США, где жил и работал до самой смерти.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
