Жители Бурятии вышли на митинг против вырубок на Байкале

Недовольство людей вызвал закон, разрешающий вырубки в Центральной экологической зоне Байкала. Он позволит строить дороги, очистные сооружения, кладбища и здания, жители смогут рубить дрова на зиму. Больше 30 тыс. человек подписали петицию против закона.

На митинге 16 июля присутствовал глава Бурятии Алексей Цыденов. По его словам, еще до принятия законопроекта на Байкале ввели ряд ограничений, из-за которых накопились проблемы. Например, отсутствие очистных сооружений, дорог и ЛЭП. Цыденов считает, что проект спасет Байкал от тотального загрязнения.
