Получилась какая-то массивная история. Совокупно в ГНС: 415,5 тыс. м2 жилья и под 180 тыс. м2 торгушно-деловой функции. Плюс россыпь муниципалки и щепотка социалки. Полагаю, попробуют пропихнуть некой коллабе застроев масс-маркета. Ранее шептали, что к жилым участкам, попавшим к КРТ примерялись ПИК с Левелом

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
