Olima 1965-yilda M.V. Lomonosov nomidagi Moskva davlat universitetining kimyo fakultetini tamomlagan. 1971-yilda nomzodlik, 1983-yilda doktorlik ishlarini muvaffaqiyatli himoya qilgan.
