📶 Портал "Мир квартир" заявил, что квадратный метр в новостройках за февраль 2025 года в среднем подорожал на 0,3%, до 143,1 тыс. рублей.

Хотя тренд на повышение цен утихает - эксперты видят все меньший прирост цен и все в большем числе городов новое жилье дешевеет.

Если в ноябре прошлого года строящееся жилье подешевело в 9 городах, в декабре - в 10, то в январе этого года - уже в 13, а в феврале - и вовсе в 20 городах.

Самое большое снижение зафиксировано в Орле (-2,8%), Махачкале (-2,7%), Краснодаре (-1,9%), Иркутске (-1,5%) и Сургуте (-1,5%).

Cамый высокий рост цен на первичном рынке наблюдался в Томске (+3,4%), Брянске (+2,7%), Ульяновске (+2,1%), Смоленске (+1,7%) и Курске (+1,7%).

В Москве цены за февраль выросли на 0,9%, в Московской области - на 0,1%.
