موحدیان خاطرنشان می کند که به ویژه با پیگیری رسانه های باکو مشخص میشود که چه نیروهایی با توطئه های مختلف سعی در ایجاد سوء ظن در بین مردم ارمنستان نسبت به ایران دارند و از گسترش همکاری های دو کشور جلوگیری می کنند. هدف نهایی آنها اشغال جنوب ارمنستان، قطع مرز ایران و ارمنستان و محاصره ارمنستان است.
موحدیان تاکید کرد: ملت‌های ایران و ارمنستان باید در برابر هرگونه تلاشی که برای تضعیف روابط دو کشور انجام میشود هوشیار باشند.
